Here at Sherlocks we specialise in the day to day administration of apartment blocks/estates within our region.

Sherlocks have been established since 1984 and are based in Wirral, Merseyside. During our time as managing agents we have come to understand and appreciate the issues that estates face, sometimes on a daily basis, be it managed or self-managed.

We are often approached by self managed estates requesting advice and guidance, in the minefield that is the sale of an apartment.

We recognise that many estates are content with their self managing arrangement but would appreciate one or two items of their administration responsibilities transferred on to an external company.

Apartment sales are often one of these items, as they require ongoing communications between the buyers and the sellers solicitors up to and including sale completion. Some estate management administrations find the ongoing communications daunting.
